At JKALO, we value our customers and want you to shop with complete confidence.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it — unused and unworn,

  • with tags and in the original packaging,

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products),

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@jkalo.com.
